Job description – Patient Recruitment (Fieldwork) Assistant
Location: Unit F, South Cambridge Business Park, Babraham Road, Sawston, Cambridge
A large part of this role involves speaking to patients who have ongoing, and possibly life-limiting, health conditions, so you must be able to deal with people sensitively and professionally.
Needless to say, you will be brilliant at dealing with clients at all levels, have first class customer service skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner.
If you have previous experience of recruitment or within the medical or pharmaceutical industry that would be advantageous, but by no means essential! Your skill set, can-do approach and solution-led thinking when things don’t quite go to plan are far more important!
